At Uwowo Cosplay, we want you to love your transformation; if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments remain in original condition with tags attached and accessories included.

Return Process

  Log into your Uwowo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

  Approval & Labeling

  Once our team reviews your request, you will receive a Return Authorization and a shipping address via email within 48 business hours.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the costume, wig, or props in their original packaging, ensuring all small accessories are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we receive and inspect your return at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
