How do I choose the correct size for my costume?
Each product page features a detailed size chart. Since cosplay sizing can differ from standard street clothing, we recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips to compare against our specific garment dimensions.
What is the difference between 'In-Stock' and 'Pre-order' items?
In-stock items are ready to ship within 3-5 business days. Pre-order items are currently in production and have an estimated shipping date listed in the product description; these are ideal for securing high-demand designs early.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Uwowo Cosplay ships to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.
Can I return or exchange my costume if it doesn't fit?
We accept returns for items in their original, unworn condition within 15 days of delivery. Please note that wigs, tights, and intimate apparel are excluded for hygiene reasons.
How should I wash and care for my cosplay gear?
Most costumes feature delicate fabrics and trims that require hand-washing in cold water with mild detergent. We recommend air drying and using a low-heat steamer to remove wrinkles rather than a traditional iron.
Are the wigs and shoes included with the full costume set?
Unless explicitly stated in the 'Set Includes' section of the product description, wigs and shoes are sold separately to allow for custom sizing and styling preferences.
